Shipping & Return Policy

Our team is fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and keeps your happiness our top priority. Each bundle has been cared for by one of our natural hair specialists to ensure its quality before being sent to you. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product(s) please contact us immediately. Please allow 1-2 weeks before hair appointments and special occasions in the event we have to resolve a concern for you.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address or if your order is flagged by our payment processor for any reason, you may be required to further verify your identity in order for us to authorize payment and approve your transaction. If this is required, we will contact you after your order has been placed and prior to processing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and Exchanges are only applicable to wefts, clip-ins, and closures in its original packaging and seal. ALL SALES ARE FINAL WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS on our products but would be glad to offer you store credit within the first 7 days of receipt, as long as your order is still in its original condition.

Products that have been untied, washed, installed, chemically processed, dyed, excessively brushed/finger-combed, and/or altered in any manner are not eligible for an exchange or return. Please examine each product upon receipt to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Please allow up to 14 business days for processing returns and exchanges. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping fees if the correct item was received. We can not send replacement product(s) or issue store credits until your order has been received and inspected by a member of our team. When your return/exchange has been processed you will be notified by email. If it’s a return, you’ll be issued store credit for the amount paid minus the cost of shipping.

We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are eligible for exchange. We also reserve the right to reject an exchange request previously approved upon receipt. Products sent back without approval are not eligible for exchange. If you are exchanging for a product of lesser value, the variance in price will be issued as store credit.

All orders placed during a sale/promo period are considered final sale and will not be eligible for an exchange or return.

 

PROCESSING TIME*

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing.  Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. Once shipped, please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order (U.S. orders), or 3-10 days (international orders) without courier delays. You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to cancel your order.

*Pre-orders: Please allow 2-4 weeks for order processing. 

*Loc Extensions are made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for order processing. 

SHIPPING

ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays. We are unable to make any address updates once your order has begun processing or has already been shipped. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded.

All international orders must go through customs. Customs policies and procedures vary per country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs fees or duties required to receive your package. We will not mark packages as ‘gifts’ on customs forms.

Our shipping estimates are typically accurate but sometimes there are unforeseen delays with the courier companies. While we are not responsible for courier delays we will assist each customer within reason. If there are any delays with your USPS package, we are unable to file any claims until the package has been in transit for at least 15 business days or in transit with FedEx for at least 5 business days. POLICY CHANGES

Define Natural Hair reserves the right to make modifications to products, prices, policies, and procedures, at our discretion. Please check this page regularly for changes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Define Natural Hair does not accept liability beyond the solutions set forth herein, including any liability for products not being in-stock, allergic reactions, or the provision of services and support. Define Natural Hair will not be accountable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Define Natural Hair is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Define Natural Hair is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
