Define Natural Hair is created by a licensed professional cosmetologist and educator with over 20 years experience in working with relaxed, transitioning and natural textured hair.

The Define Weft and Clip in collection was designed to create protection while transitioning or allowing your natural tresses to be left undisturbed. This benefits health of hair and maximizes growth. Define Permanent Loc Extensions is a safe approach to creating uniformed and mature Locs instantly.

1. Detox Define Natural Hair Loc Extensions using Define Cleanse and ACV rinse.

2. Let Define Natural Hair Loc Extensions Soak for 20-30 minutes.

3. Rinse.

4. Shampoo Define Natural Hair with Define Cleanse Shampoo. Repeat.

5. Condition Define Natural Hair Loc Extensions with Define Hydrate. Rinse thoroughly.

6. Dry Define Loc Extensions under the dryer. Install Loc Extensions as desired.

7. Use Define Natural Hair Satin Lined Protective Bag to store your Define Natural Hair.

We recommend two bundles for lengths under 18′′ and three bundles for lengths above 18′′ to achieve desired fullness. 

Coloring*

Define Natural Hair extensions are offered in their natural unaltered color state with variations of dark brown and black hues. At this time, we do not offer additional color options or custom coloring services. To make Define Natural Hair extensions fit your desired look, our hair may be bleached or dyed to any color to blend with your natural hair. We recommend coloring extensions prior to installation. Just like natural hair, bleaching or using color with harsh chemicals may weaken the hair shaft and potentially alter the texture. Define Natural Hair extensions that have been colored require extra love and attention throughout the life of your look. Please be sure to deep condition extensions and use nourishing hair products whenever possible.

*We recommend that coloring be done by a professional, licensed colorist familiar with natural textures.  Define Natural Hair is not responsible for any damage to hair quality or texture as a result of color processing.

Heat Styling & Straightening

Just like natural hair, Define Natural Hair has beautiful styling versatility. You may wear our looks as they come, or use heat styling tools to achieve your desired look. Keep in mind that our hair is just as susceptible to heat damage and loss of curl pattern as your own natural hair. Use a heat protectant when necessary and avoid excessive exposure to straightening tools.

Our Define Kinks, Coils and Curls Clip-ins sets come with are a total of seven (7) pieces with clips attached. The volume determines the coverage of each set. 

120g is the equivalent of one (1) full bundle of hair. It’s approximately 50%/half head coverage. This set can be added with your natural hair left out to make it appear thicker. 

160g  is the equivalent of one and a half (1.5) bundles of hair. It’s approximately 75%/three quarters head coverage. This set can be added with your natual hair cornrowed down OR added to provide extra volume with your own hair left out​.

220g is the equivalent of two (2) full bundles of hair.  It’s approximately 100%/full head coverage.This set can be added with your natual hair cornrowed down OR added to provide extreme volume with your own hair left out​.

We recommend a minimum of 2-3 bundles for a full head sew-in. But ultimately, the determing factor depends on the size of your head, the texture of hair, the length and the final look you’re trying to achieve. If you’re still unsure, consult with your stylist for an expert recommendation or feel free to contact us.

We recommend using a gentle co-wash or sulfate free shampoo to clean your hair extensions and follow up with a rinse out conditioner. Deep conditioning with heat is highly recommended for any color-treated hair.

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing.  Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. Once shipped, please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order (U.S. orders), or 3-10 days (international orders) without courier delays.

Returns and Exchanges are only applicable to wefts, clip-ins, and closures. We do not offer cash refunds on our products but would be glad to offer you store credit within the first 7 days of receipt, as long as your order is still in its original condition.

Products that have been untied, washed, installed, chemically processed, dyed, excessively brushed/finger-combed, and/or altered in any manner are not eligible for an exchange or return. Please examine each product upon receipt to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Please allow up to 14 business days for processing returns and exchanges. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping fees if the correct item was received. We can not send replacement product(s) or issue store credits until your order has been received and inspected by a member of our team. When your return/exchange has been processed you will be notified by email. If it’s a return, you’ll be issued store credit for the amount paid minus the cost of shipping.

We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are eligible for exchange. We also reserve the right to reject an exchange request previously approved upon receipt. Products sent back without approval are not eligible for exchange. If you are exchanging for a product of lesser value, the variance in price will be issued as store credit.

All orders placed during a sale/promo period are considered final sale and will not be eligible for an exchange or return.
